Refund Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before taking the services.
The refund process is simple, the customer has to send us an email @contact@silovely.com regarding the issues and reason for refund.
Our Operations team will be contacting the customer and after discussing the issues the refund will be initiated manually from bank account to customer bank account forwarded.
At time of refund total of 10% of the total amount will be deducted as a service / processing charge.
We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to be familiar yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.
Cancellation has to be done within the appointment date taken by the client, and refund will be done after deducting 10% as processing charge. Refund will be credit within 3 to 4 working days.
